Shipping policy

For Uk orders we aim to process orders with in 1-2 days this may take slightly longer during our busy times. 

• Next day delivery- Providing your order is placed before 2pm your item/s with you the next day via royal mail tracked and will need to be signed for.
• Standard delivery - Please allow 3-5 days for your items to be delivered to you via royal mail a tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched

• As we make all gels fresh to order please allow 3-5 days for your shipment to arrive. We do not offer next day delivery on gels 

International shipping

Please allow 5-7 days for shipping as it will take 1-2days for your order to be processed and a further 3-5 days for the parcel to reach its final destination via UPS delivery.

*please note import duties, taxes and charges are not included in item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office to determine the cost of shipment before purchase.
